Endorsed five candidates elected to the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board, including the candidates elected to chair and vice-chair of the board by their peers

Supported the adoption by the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board of a redistricting plan that reduced its size from eleven to nine members, aligning with BRAC’s legislative efforts

Marked first endorsements of judicial candidates, with the East Baton Rouge endorsed candidate winning seat on the juvenile court bench

Fought legislative attempts to suspend and/or curtail economic development incentives

Advocated for capital infrastructure improvements within Louisiana’s Community and Technical Colleges System (LCTCS) institutions to meet the region’s workforce needs
